Seroogy’s Chocolates Brewed Into Sweet Genius!

In partnership with Seroogy's Chocolates, Badger State Brewing Company announces their first-ever collab brew to hit the Tap Room and distro on February 11th, 2021. Sweet Genius Series: Candy Bar Almond Porter is a dark, rich, and sweet dessert beer brewed with almonds, raw cocoa, and Seroogy’s Meltaway Bar. "We wanted to create something sweet to cap off a meal, as that has been a tradition of many generations in particular the numerous desserts we know and love in Wisconsin. We feel this beer embodies 'pièce de résistance' in perfect liquid form," says Badger State Brewing's Founder, Andrew Fabry. Head Brewer and Co-Founder, Sam Yanda believes this collaboration was "taken to the next level." "We were able to source Grade-A product through our friends at Seroogy's and the pairing of almond/chocolate is a time-tested winning flavor combination. We knew that this would be the perfect way to kick-off our brand new dessert-style beer series, Sweet Genius." Candy Bar Almond Porter is the first of many variants in Badger State Brewing’s dessert series.
