New Year’s Eve doesn’t have to start at midnight to be legendary. If you’re the kind of person who likes to ease into the night (or get a head start before heading elsewhere), we’re here for you! Join us for our Anything But A Cup New Year’s Eve Pre-Game Party, happening Wednesday from 5–9PM. And yes, It’s exactly what it sounds like: bring literally anything that can hold a beverage… as long as it’s not your standard cup. Vase. Toy dump truck. Fishbowl. Questionable but clean container you’ve been saving for a moment like this. The more ridiculous, the better. We’ll have draught specials, to-go beer for later, and music rolling all night while we toast our way toward 2026. The party wraps at 9PM, last pours at 9:45, and the Tap Room closes at 10PM so our crew can celebrate closing out 2025 too. Come weird. Come thirsty. Come start your New Year’s Eve with us.

And we’re grindin’ into Christmas week with the return of our (now winter seasonal) Green Chop - Midwestern Pale Ale. You remember this beer as the first hoppy guy the brewery ever produced way back when. As we enter the darkest days of the year there’s something about these classic pine and resin forward hops that just hit nice while the trees are lit. You’ll be able to find Green Chop throughout our distribution footprint and of course in the tap room. Make it a merry one!

Five years ago we began producing a barrel aged Quad that has become our recurring celebratory beer tied to our anniversary week. Each year has seen some fun iterations and changes as the base beer has gone from “concept” to what is an exceptional finished brew these days. Rich with fruit flavors, sweet and savory malts, and warming notes, the style pairs perfect with the holiday spirit this time of year. Our “Spirited” annual release commemorates an important milestone each year. In fact, we believe that spirit is what carries the brewing and hospitality industry and draws us to it in so many ways. We age this beer two different ways, one Cognac edition for our friends of Brandy and one Bourbon edition for the other side of the aisle. The crossover and contrast between the two resting woods is indicative of the allure that is brewing. One piece of art expressed in multiple ways. For us, this is the fun that brings us back day in and day out and back for more year after year. Cheers to 12 years- We hope you enjoy!
