Five years ago we began producing a barrel aged Quad that has become our recurring celebratory beer tied to our anniversary week. Each year has seen some fun iterations and changes as the base beer has gone from “concept” to what is an exceptional finished brew these days. Rich with fruit flavors, sweet and savory malts, and warming notes, the style pairs perfect with the holiday spirit this time of year. Our “Spirited” annual release commemorates an important milestone each year. In fact, we believe that spirit is what carries the brewing and hospitality industry and draws us to it in so many ways. We age this beer two different ways, one Cognac edition for our friends of Brandy and one Bourbon edition for the other side of the aisle. The crossover and contrast between the two resting woods is indicative of the allure that is brewing. One piece of art expressed in multiple ways. For us, this is the fun that brings us back day in and day out and back for more year after year. Cheers to 12 years- We hope you enjoy!

🦌 Whitetail Stout is back — and ready to roam from pint to fridge! 🦌 Last year we released Whitetail Stout on draught only — a no-frills, jet-black stout with rich malt and chocolate notes that quickly became a taproom favorite. We told you to keep an eye out for it in package someday… and well, that day has arrived. Born and brewed in Wisconsin, this beer’s as local as it gets — proudly featuring the Whitetail deer on the can and a nod to a classic Wisconsin anthem: “Did ya see da turdy pointer?” Now available on draught and in cans at the brewery. Whiskey Business is back... and barrel-aged to perfection. We’ve been quietly plotting, pouring, and patiently waiting on this year’s barrels to work their magic — and they didn’t disappoint. The 2025 iteration of Whiskey Business was aged in a blend of Weller, Buffalo Trace, and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, each selected for its rich depth and character. The result? A full-bodied, bourbon-kissed imperial stout that’s smooth, rich, and dangerously sippable. But we didn’t stop there. Enter Whiskey Business: Dubai Chocolate — the luxurious twist no one saw coming. Imagine our bold barrel-aged stout colliding with the viral Dubai Chocolate bar… we’re talking layers of velvety chocolate, pistachios, and tahini, all wrapped in bourbon warmth.
